Delivery and returns
Everything we sell is in stock in our Antwerp warehouse. Here is how it reaches you, and how it comes back if it is not right.
Delivery options

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
Measure your doorways, stairs and lift before ordering. Each product page lists the packed depth of large items.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything, for any reason, as long as it is unused and complete.
- Parcels: return free with the label in your account.
- Furniture: we collect it. Collection costs €49 to €89 depending on size; the exact maximum is shown on each product page before you buy.
- Refunds reach you within 14 days of us receiving the item, including the original standard delivery cost.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
Under EU law you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day returns policy gives you longer. To withdraw, email hello@tessel.example or use the form below.

Guarantee and warranty
Every product has the 2-year legal guarantee against defects. On top of that, sofa, armchair and bed frames carry a 5-year Tessel frame warranty.
